Switch deliverables to interactive quizzes

https://github.com/bonartm/hugo-quiz is leveraged by https://github.com/FidelusAleksander/githubcertified GH pages site. I think it would be cool if we could revamp our deliverables to leverage interactive quizzes like this. I think most deliverables will need to be rewritten and revamped to be better suited for deliverables like this.

Progress Update (Jan 18): Quizzes (coined 'Knowledge Checks') have been fully implemented into the bootcamp through the end of section 4.1, so we're nearly half way there with this initiative.

Full disclosure, I have been dropping the ball on linking my PRs to this issue as they come up, and will go back and add this issue in their comments at some point so they are all referenced for auditing purposes
