Platforms Section for k8s

Recently we have been doing a lot with Platforms. I should touch bases but the general idea is a k8s cluster with ArgoCD and TofuController so teams can manage their apps and infrastructure and have that auto deployed via gitops.

• ArgoCD section
• Tofu Controller section
• Platform Exercise where they put it all together?

Somewhat related but kubebuilder should be pulled out in favor of writing a go controller where we give them most of the goods.
