Buttons config for keys broken?

I'm trying to bind my buttons to shift and ctrl but something wierd happen. it config normal to the keys but when i test it, my shift key turns to a multiple modifier key composing ctrl+shift+alt and my ctrl key compose ctrl and alt, also when i tested a normal key it combine a alt. idk why the alt and the others keys appears. just trying to make one key macro. i tried also define the buttons in the terminal but no solution.
