Next release with SPM support

Do you have plans to make a release soon with the Swift Package Manager support? I see the last release was from Oct 2019.

v1.3.1-rc1...develop shows +300 commits since v1.3.1-rc1.
It would be really to flush all those commits and release final 1.3.1.

develop was never supposed to be 1.x, since there is a huge amount of breaking changes included. develop will be 2.0 at one point when we are happy with its state (or bored of adding new stuff and delaying it even further...) and all open PRs are included, which should be included.

@kloczek You're free to contribute reviews of the open PR's, so we can create a 2.0 release earlier. Adding a good reason why a PR should not be merged before 2.0, but later, is also an option to accelerate the release process.
