How does liftbridge compare to jetstream?

This still needs to be added to the documentation, but Liftbridge's semantics are closer to that of Kafka. I believe Jetstream is more along the lines of a queue.

It would help me and i think many others for a small explanation of these differences to be in the README or some other markdown. Its just makes it easier to know how the system works and what to expect from it. Its can get mind blowingly complex these das picking a system.
