Implement an E2E testing framework leveraging a local Manifest chain and Playwright.

@fmorency implemented a local Manifest chain infrastructure in https://github.com/liftedinit/yaci/tree/main/docker

@fmorency started working on a Playwright branch in #65

We're also looking at improving unit tests and coverage.
