Description
ServiceNow Cloud Observability is recommending OTel-Arrow components and exporters for OpenTelemetry traces data.
This updates the
tracesCollectordeployment to unconditionally use the OTel-Arrow collector built in this repository instead of the contrib collector. This means changing to the concurrent batch processor and disabling the sending queue.Recommended resource values have been updated based on SNCO internal production testing.
