My audiolink settings started behaving differently (displaying the wave effect instead of blinking) in 1.8.4. I reverted to 1.8.3 and it solved the problem.

Can you check if different audiolink settings are working as expected in 1.8.4?

I can't rule out that my liltoon install for 1.8.4 was somehow flawed or corrupted.

I'm surprised by this behavior given the sparse release notes for 1.8.4.

Problem also exists in 1.8.5.
