Hello!

We are interested in applying your preprocessing steps performed in this paper to our dataset. We are a bit unsure of the order involving:registration, cropping, clipping and Normalisation, resizing and slicing and removing empty slices.

Would it be possible to give some insight to the order to perform certain functions to our dataset?
