jpegxl pictures from wallpaper directory are not shown in background settings while .jxl pictures nevertheless are shown on desktop background.

Steps to reproduce

Go to background settings and add wallpaper directory (+) button.
The preview area contains only .jpeg pictures, not .jxl
Set change delay 1 minute.
On desktop I see how all pictures (alongwith .jxl) change in cycle.

Expected behavior

The preview area must contain all pictures including .jxl
