no checkbox on gpg authentication modal dialog

Bug description

When the dialog box to unlock the gpg key appears, the option to store it in the password manager does not appear

Steps to reproduce

This dialog usually appears when I first start Docker Desktop.

Expected behavior

In this image you can see how the checkbox appears

Additional information

I use the gtk dracula theme, but it seems that the theme has no effect at all.

By the way, as a comment, the translation for the dialog box should be just "contraseña" without the "frase" part.
