To reproduce the bug you have to copy a file on the desktop (or elsewhere) and have the context menu open, which you open with a right-click of the mouse. When the copying process is complete, you can see that menu entries disappear there. If you make a new right-click and thus open the context menu again, the missing entries are back.

Steps to reproduce
