Problems running li serve-sass on using SDK on macOS Mojave using NodeJS v8.3.0 as outlined in installation documentation.

Error: UnhandledPromiseRejectionWarning: Unhandled promise rejection (rejection id: 2)

node-sass v3.13.1 is currently linked as a dependency for the SDK however latest version is 4.10.0

Also worth considering updating other dependencies and moving to support NodeJS v10.x LTS as NodeJS v8 is no longer in support.
