... as '/' gets expanded by the shell.

I care about this one, but it's a breaking change. Right now we can configure a bash-firendly version, which simply uses '-' as the switch delimiter. I just want to make it the default.

Issue #3 this commit makes the dash the new default.

Yes please. I prefer the dash myself.
