Video download: not on list, but file is still there

Please make NicoFox show Downloaded on (date) when a video already removed from the Download List is being added/downloaded again. Add the option in the settings to download a new copy of the comments (if enabled) for update.

I was trying to download a video which I didn't remember I've already downloaded and removed from the list. I kept trying and failing, thinking it was just my internet connection. I just happened to remember to check my downloaded files and see it there.
