All downloads fail with "Cannot get extra items" if comments are included.

For the last week or so, every video I try to download will download to 100%, then fail to download comments and fail. No idea what started it.

I can get around the problem by unchecking the comments in the options, but downloading and saving the comments is really the only reason I'm still using this unique but terribly unsupported addon. (already having to use 1.06bpre to use it with this version of Firefox, and then set my browser to allow unsigned addons)

I feel like I remember having a problem like this in the past that wound up having an irritating but simple solution, but can't for the life of me remember what it was.

After reporting elsewhere, I found Nicovideo had changed its comment API server for some videos in 2015 (some will use nmsg.nicovideo.jp), and it will make current version of NicoFox unable to download the comment.

It should be fixed in 831d73e and I will send a 1.0.1 version soon.
(You don't need to use 1.0b6pre as the 1.0 version is approved on AMO)
