More Extensive Workflow Examples

Description

As I was going through the provided examples to better understand Little Horse, I was hoping to find a single example that encapsulates all, or at least a majority, of LH's primary features, but it did not exist.

An example that showcases a more complex workflow would not only help users understand Little Horse as a whole, but it would also work as a good example to use for development, particularly the dashboard.
