Uncaught TypeError: Axis is not a function

I have an html page with dist/axis.js included. I see log message in console:

But when I use the following code I have anerror Uncaught TypeError: Axis is not a function. What I am doing wrong?

var domElement = document.querySelector('#video');
                        var frame = Axis(domElement, {preload: true});

                        frame
                        .src('test.mp4')
                        .height(500)
                        .width(500)
                        .render()
                        .once('ready', function () {
                          frame
                          .play();
                        });
