Do not support Chrome?

I try this source code. I can play the video on my Firefox, however, fail on my Chrome. The console log below message:

Event {isTrusted: true, type: "error", target: video.axis, currentTarget: video.axis, eventPhase: 2…}

do you have any idea about that?

I use the axis.js in the dist file in the https://github.com/littlstar/axis/releases/tag/1.21.4.
