a fun interactive way to test your math skills. Tic Tac Math makes a game of doing math problems.

This was a project I wrote years ago. In its original form, in VB 6, I had Microsoft Merlin of the Microsoft Agent Library flying around the screen playing tic tac toe for my Sister, who needed to learn her math table. Since I no longer have the source, or Visual Basic 6, I started from scratch and wrote some code using the Microsoft Speech Synthesizer framework in .Net. Im starting with Tic Tac Subtract, and will fork the project into the other math principles
