Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Yes, on nodejs, client can register rpc methond. same functionality is not available for dard.

Describe the solution you'd like
Add registerRpcMethod on the localparticipant class, to enable developer to add callable rpc.

Describe alternatives you've considered
Search all over for this, not available.
