Steps to reproduce:

1. Load up live.video in Firefox on Android

2. Select to "Upload a video file"

3. Record a new video and submit OR select an existing video file

4. See error: NetworkError when attempting to fetch resource.

Also happening on Firefox on Ubuntu

Did you use an hevc encoded file? Livepeer currently supports h264.
