I'm having issues using the --watched and --start="xxx" options. Whatever I try always returns:

======================================== Watched ========================================

Date Range: Anytime through Now

with all of the current details. For example, I've tried:
--start="2017-10-18 at 8:00am"
--start="today at 8:00am"
--start=2017-10-18
-start="today"
-start="2017/10/18 17:00"
-start="1 hour ago"
