CUDA device is too old?? #207

I've been having this problem where when I try to check the cuDDN it would tell me that my CUDA device is too old, I'm running a GTX 650 Ti and it supposedly supports compute capability 3.0 and would run the program with my graphics card but it's not. and now in confused, I did try to change then cuDDN dll and installed NVIDIA Toolkit but to no avail.
help...

My gpu is a GTX650 (GK107) and waifu2x-caffe (v1.2.0.3) crashes when I try to run the cunet model using cuda.
