Loading model error "Exit code: 18446744073709515000"

Windows 11, CPU i5 13400, GPU AMD RX 6700XT

the bug is
as soon as i click to load a downloaded model, the following error appears:

🥲 Failed to load the model

Error loading model.

(Exit code: 18446744073709515000). Unknown error. Try a different model and/or config.

1. Go to 'main menu'
2. Click on 'Select a model to load'
3. Scroll down to 'select the model'
4. See error
