[Feature Request] Fee option

Similar like for Lightning Devices, it would be nice to have the option to set a custom fee percentage for each LNURLp or LNAddress.

what is the use case for lnurl's extensions specifically, wouldn't the general lnbits service fee be enough to cover everything?

if we would add it to them, there could be double fees

It is similar to the same function on the LNURLdevices.

Some want to charge different fees for different customers, charge fees only for certain services, the global fee option is too broad for many, if not most use cases.
