[Suggestion] add progress

I'd suggest to add a progress UI to see how pings are doing. for example like a progress bar, or even better a road map that let's you see every ping's outcome.

I have added a spinner to show that something is going on and it will land on Echo 2.

As for a progress bar, since the ping library doesn't give me an estimation, I would have to rewrite the ping logic and also come up with a design which is not something I want to do right now. It is not off the table tho

I think there's many ping libraries you could eventually use... I'd be happy to contribute to this project if help is needed by the way!
