Replace husky install with husky, update husky hook file

Deprecated commands are used in the Husky configuration file.

When running npm install, it prints the following message:

> @lobehub/[email protected] prepare
> husky install

husky - install command is DEPRECATED

When running git commit, prints the following message:

husky - DEPRECATED

Please remove the following two lines from .husky/pre-commit:

#!/usr/bin/env sh
. "$(dirname -- "$0")/_/husky.sh"

They WILL FAIL in v10.0.0

✔ Preparing lint-staged...
✔ Running tasks for staged files...
✔ Applying modifications from tasks...
✔ Cleaning up temporary files...
husky - DEPRECATED

Please remove the following two lines from .husky/commit-msg:

#!/usr/bin/env sh
. "$(dirname -- "$0")/_/husky.sh"

They WILL FAIL in v10.0.0
