Adding arbitrary property from arbitrary ontologies would be useful. Possible implementation could be an optional, additional line with empty fields.

Vocabulary should be given as URI.
Properties could be derived from the vocabulary specs, but could be typed in manually, too.

Two options (for resources and for literals) will be necessary.
