Import plugin delete bug #1

The old import plugin deletes data after importing it, if the 'delete' option is set to 'True'

Be sure to notify Anis when this is fixed, as well as update the Local Code download.

To fix this issue:

  1. Locate directory with old plugin version
  2. Create the necessary clones and branch to start building the C# code in this repository
  3. Debug deletion (if possible, switch import function to run on RhinoCommon in place of Rhino Command line)
  4. Merge branch and notify users

This seems to be solved, perhaps temporarily, by installing a newer version of Grasshopper.
