Configurable Filter Columns for maps

Implement a fixed set of database columns (some textual, some numeric), which can be configured as to be respected in the Dataset's fill_redundant_columns method.

This way, the user could map a field of an of an observation form to use one of the columns mentioned above. This would enable the anycluster of the frontend to filter the map using this column.
