The breakout ports are zero-relative, so 2 x 50G would be swp1s0 - swp1s1, and 10G and 25Gx4 would be swp1s0 - swp1s3. Also adding a bit to clarify that it's the QSFP+ form-factor that allows breakouts up to four channels, thus this would apply to any switch using QSFP+ running Cumulus. So both 100G and 40G switches using QSFP+ form factor will allow the 4x10G configuration. The Dell S6000-ON would be one example.
