While linking references we noticed recently that suggestions from SWB sometimes (we can't really see a pattern) contain the same author twice or sometimes even thrice. The original entry in SWB only has the author once.

For example:
SWB
2019-05-23_author_swb
LOCDB
2019-05-23_author

Any ideas what could cause this?
