I wrote the original instructions. The organization hosting these resources has shut down. The resources have been provided to Logica Health if they wish to rehost them. It's not an easy job, as it will take a lot of work to get things up and running.

We received the files from Dr. Nancy Anthracite. We are hosting it internally ourselves at the moment on top of an outdated version of Nexus. We will discuss internally how to make it publicly available without impacting our security, but it probably would take a while, right now our focus is to deploy it successfully (we haven't had it working yet) and not upgrading to modern toolchain.

If you have a sftp server ready with 500GB space please let me know. I'll see what I can do.
