[Feature Request]: Check unused localization keys and the use of keys that do not exist #94

Hi, thanks for the crate, Topgrade (A CLI tool that is used to update everything) is adding i18n support via this crate, I wonder is there any way we can implement:

Check unused localization keys in the locale file
Check (and error out) the use of keys that do not exist
