Add trial recording extension automatically in initJsPsych

Description

Typically when a jsPsych user wants to use an extension, they must add it to the extensions parameter in initJsPsych as well as in any trial objects where they want to actually use the extension. With CHS studies, we can assume that users might want to use this extension and load it automatically, so that they have one less step to remember.
