Multiple users have reported that some Loongson systems may fail to boot the Debian installation images due to the GRUB bootloader filenames not being uppercase in the EFI folder on the Debian installation CDs.
Discussion with @Dandan336 revealed that Loongson is aware of the problem and there might be new firmware releases in the future which would address this issue.
Could you please provide firmware updates for all systems affected by this filename issue so that the systems can boot the Debian installation CDs without having to rely on workarounds?
Thanks!
