Put correct article name in alt text #8

I had an idea that the title of the article that an image is from will be in the alt text. Something like "Image for wikiHow article '(title)'". While not describing what is in the image, it would give screenreader and other users some idea of what's in it, and it would let all users see what article the image is from.
