Even if the number on y axix being plotted is less than 0.01, it should be plotted correctly to that decimal place
I think the minimum number that can be plotted right now is 00.1, but today many crypto currencies are well below 0.1 and it can cause issues
Any ohlc series with less that 0.01 in its values will cause this issue
