Insufficient token scopes

I've been facing this error for a while now, I have no idea what it is. I've already tried using lowlighter/metrics@96dde98a034ab75fec7884f9161bc12759275d36, I've already tried using lowlighter/metrics@latest, and lowlighter/metrics@master. All with the same problem.

I "solved" this issue and post on discussion tab (#1553 (comment)), but I will still keep this issue open because I think that the error message doesn't match the problem that cause this.

Another observation, during the error, the achievement "Polyglot" do not render. And the "Most used language" section shows a message "No push activity".
The information about "Releases" is showed as 0.
