Names of actors cut off in exported diagram

Describe the bug

When exporting a Use Case diagram as a PNG or SVG, names of actors may not be fully visible if they are too long.

To Reproduce

1. Create a Use Case diagram
2. Add an actor with a long name like in the screenshots below
3. Export diagram as SVG or PNG
4. Assert that the name of the actor is cut off

Expected behavior

The names of actors should be fully visible in the exported diagram.

I experienced the same issue, the bug is still present on version 2.2.0
