Issue: Missing Notification When Tagged

Description:
I am not receiving any notifications when I'm tagged with an "@" mention, despite having the "New User Mention" option enabled in the notification settings. This issue occurs consistently, even though all notification preferences are set correctly.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Ensure that the "New User Mention" option is enabled in notification settings.
2. Have someone tag you using the "@" mention in a comment or post.

Device Information:

• Device: iPhone 13
• iOS Version: 17.6.1
• App Version: 1.3.2

Additional Context:
I have confirmed this bug with a friend, in which he tagged me both in a resolved thread and in a unresolved one.
