Different Images and tags on docker hub and ghcr

Hi!

I wanted to work with OCaml exercises in my local Artemis setup but could not run the default image in Artemis ls1tum/artemis-ocaml-docker:v1 as it has no arm version. In ghrc, there is an arm version, but not the tag v1.
Could you please tag/rerun the workflows so that the image is available in ghcr and docker hub with the same tag and architectures?
