- Add supported targets and update README with RHEL support. - minimum changes to get rhel like setup with versions >= 7 - remove debian setup and dependencies
- update backup template with removal of optional cert related values if not provided - fix useful for rhel quick validation tests - without this test would require many more change in default that are for debian.

Let's go with those commtis while seoncd commit is for feature : allow to start without certificates ( implies without ldaps or starttls ). #11 , it helped me to validate this.
