Topham import format problem

File in Topham format cannot be imported because of error message:

The selected file is not a valid Topham file.
Please check and try again

in case of file with commas as decimal separator

or:

Invalid value in series

and:

ERROR : No ring widths in series [Sample]

in error log viewer
in case of file with dots as decimal separator

and succesfull only in case of integer numbers without any decimal separator.

Changing end of line style and file format between windows, unix, mac has no effect.

I have tried to import files created by Tellervo export function, with no success too.
