Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Currently the only up to date place to get the app is the Play Store. It used to be released to F-Droid and prebuilt APK files with GitHub Releases (for Obtainium users). I can't use the Play Store version on my GrapheneOS device, since it requires Google Play Services to use, so I'm stuck with the outdated F-Droid or GitHub verisons.

Describe the solution you'd like
Keep releasing the app for F-Droid, GitHub Releases (with prebuilt APK files), or both.

Describe alternatives you've considered
Release standalone APK files somewhere else.

Unfortunately, I can't publish the latest version on F-droid yet. The v18 is a complete different source code, not based on this repository, and written on Flutter. I hope to publish it on iOS soon too. But, I'm having some issues with Apple review. After it be approved and published there I can open the source code here too (not sure if in this repo because it's a new code). But I don't know how long it will take.

Since F-droid only accepts free / open source code, I can't publish there.

However, I can release an ungoogled version of the APK here.
