Disable the tab on articles

What is the use case of your proposed feature?
All end user doesn't need to see this technical tab

Describe the solution you'd like
At least an option (we are Joomler after all we liiiike options) in the plug-in to disable the tabs on article
OR an ACL for controlling : who can see or not, the ablity to only permit to select the template

Describe alternatives you've considered
For now we just renam the tabs or we put a finger on the screen during training for masking the tab :D

Why do you think this is relevant to people other than you?
Relevant for appl who like to polish end user UI
