Voice noise and transmission delay

Hi,

We build android application with webrtc jingle client . While testing, we are getting voice noise and transmission delay of voice. This problem could happen on different networks users even though on same network users also. We have configured the STUN but not TURN.

May be problem with Jitter, but not able to find the issue. Please any one to get out it from this deadlock.
