[Feature request] Update roles after registration

This is a feature request for updating roles after registration.

Currently, there is no way to update roles after having onboarded, and there is no way to re-onboard a set of certificates - leading to a set of certificates being stuck in an unusable state if the roles need to be changed, or if a new client id/secret pair are needed.

We cannot present a target date for when this feature will be added.
