Kibana Library Cookbook

This is a rename to kibana_lwrp so that the cookbook is namespaced and able to go onto supermarket.

while you now have to use kibana_lwrp and kibana_lwrp::default the actual resources are still named kibana_instance etc. This should allow for an easier transition to using the new name.
